At Busy Little Lambs, we want you to enjoy your Busy Books as soon as possible! Below, you will find all the details about our shipping processes, including delivery times, fees, and international shipping.

1. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer various shipping methods based on your location and preferences. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you choose and your delivery address.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes [5-7 business days] within the [country/region].

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within [2-3 business days]. Additional charges apply.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $150. Free shipping applies to any product.Β 

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days after they are placed. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Order Delays: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing times may take a little longer. We will notify you if there’s a significant delay in your order.

3. Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic Shipping: For customers within New Zealand, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days based on the selected shipping method.

  • International Shipping: We do not ship overseas yet. However, we will notify you when this option becomes available.Β 

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your shipment.

  • Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things can go wrong during shipping. Here’s what to do if something goes wrong:

  • Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14Β days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a refund or replacement.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier. If it’s still missing, reach out to us, and we’ll investigate the issue with the carrier.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: Our carrier does not ship to PO BOX addresses, however, an alternative arrangement can be made.

  • Restricted Areas: We do not ship to certain regions or countries due to shipping restrictions or other logistical issues. Please check with us if you are unsure whether we can ship to your location.

7. Returns and Shipping Fees

  • Return Shipping: If you need to return your product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.

  • Non-refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or the wrong item was sent.

8. Subscription Shipping (if applicable)

For customers subscribed to our Busy Book subscription service:

  • Subscription Shipments: Each new subscription order will be processed and shipped according to your selected shipping method.

  • Billing and Shipping Cycle: Your subscription will renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle, and shipping charges will apply accordingly.

  • Skipping a Month: If you wish to skip a delivery, please contact us before the 3 daysΒ prior to the next billing date.
